David Fletcher Update on Utah eGov

Wow, this is one of the busiest months I can remember for digital government in Utah. The new state of Utah transparency application will come online next week and will allow users to see expenditure made by a state agency. We are adding many new features to Utah.gov in 2009. The release date is set for the end of May so we have a LOT to do in the next 2 months. New Utah Health Plan Ratings Available

More Utah families are able to compare how well their health plans are performing thanks to the new Utah Department of Health 2009 Health Plan Consumer Satisfaction Report. In past years the report contained satisfaction data from Health Maintenance Organization (HMOs) members only. This year members of Utah’s Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs) were also surveyed. In total, 7,194 respondents rated selected plans that cover a total of 1.6 million members across Utah.
